Christmas belongs to Children Children placed in foster care many times have had to face the horrors of physical and sexual abuse and neglect in addition to being removed from their homes and families for their own safety. CASA of Hidalgo county organizaes an annual gift drive for children in foster care. County employees, generously participated in the past gift drives and have helped make it an enormous success.
